Dumb paramedics trying to suffocate car crash victim!

Advanced Life Support?! But couldn't figure out if the collar is upside down? Either they are fake rescuers with fancy uniforms or the dumbest paramedics caught on television!

If this guy actually broke his neck, the paramedics here could have killed him directly by that collar. Sadly, nobody will ever notice how incompetent these guys are. Not even the reporter who was covering...

Is there any professional oversight over these so-called professionals? The collar is upside-down, dumb-ass!!! Any basic paramedic would know that!
